McDonald's West Milford: Fast Food, Faster Service!

"This is the fourth time this happens to me so I'm writing a review. I ordered a McFlurry with extra Oreos and they told me they were at the bottom because they didn't even put the flurry in the machine apparently. They made sure to charge me for the extra Oreos. But I think what they did instead was put light Oreos. What a rip off. 7$ for basically 1$ worth of vanilla ice cream. Like why are they so cheap with the Oreos? Does it really cost them that much money? I could have bought two bags of Oreos and a gallon of ice cream at ShopRite for 1$ more. Instead I get ripped off and I'm so upset because obviously that's the dessert and I didn't check it until I got home. What they did was just dress the top of it with a little bit of Oreos to make it look like there was a lot but they actually did not put any inside or at the bottom. If that's how it's done, then why is it a flurry? It should just be called vanilla ice cream or Oreo topping. This is ridiculous cuz I'm not the only person this happens to. I see somebody else on here complaining about the same thing and it happens often"

"For the amount of money that is being charged, I expect better customer service. Here is my breakdown: Food (3/5): My order is correct about 75% of the time. And the opportunity to fix my order, only 2 employees are willing to fix it. The others act offended. Service (1/5): Only 2 employees are good and care about customer experience. They just refused to exchange the toy for a kids meal. How hard is it to do a simple task? It's not, they are lazy. It doesn't cost any different which is the BS excuse they gave. Atmosphere (2/5): Tables are frequently dirty or bathroom's are broken."

"Went to MacDonalds for late, 8pm dinner with two other adults and a 1 year old. For some reason, they couldn't give me a receipt foe my credit card. I stood there waiting, after politely asking again, and the woman said it was her machine. I asked for the Mgr. And she then pushed a few buttons s and the receipt came right out. Not a good experience. Place was clean and well lit. Food was , well its McDonalds."
